Expo Set up from noon-5 pm

Saturday, October 18:

Expo Load In from 6:00 am – 11:00 am

Expo Load Out from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Packet Pick up from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm or 3:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Info Table from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm  or 3:00 pm – 7:30 pm

KidsK  from 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

5K course marshal from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm (varies)

5K start/finish line  from 3:30 – 5:30 pm

Sunday, October 19:

Busses from 5:45 am – 8:30 am or 5:45 am – 7:45 am

Packet pick up from 5:30 am – 8 am

Start line from 5:45 am – 8:15 am

Info table  from 7:30 am – 11:30 am or 11 am – 2:30 pm

Finish line medals & shirts from 7 – 11 am or 10:30 am – 2:30 pm

Finish line food & beverage from 7-11 am or 10:30 am – 2:30 pm

Course marshal from 7:15 am – 2:30 pm (time varies depending on location)

Water stop from 7:00 am – 2:30 pm (time varies depending on location)
